Michael Shelton joined the Zinn Insurance team in January 2018 as a data entry analyst and quickly took on a crucial role in group client management. He works with Lauren assisting our group clients with acquiring insurance quotes, implementing benefit solutions, and helping to train HR users with our benefits administration system Employee Navigator.
