You’re the Melanie Griffith (Tess McGill) in the movie Working Girl (imagine this being non-gender specific – you could be Tom). We’re Zinn Insurance, one of the fastest growing insurance companies in the Texas area, specializing in providing insurance plans and HR Services for local and nationwide businesses. We’re seeking a top-notch Fractional HR Case Specialist to join our growing team. An ideal candidate wants to work in a fast-paced environment and is willing to take the initiative when necessary. Three to five years of experience in the HR industry is required. A high level of working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS system, excellent communication skills, and an ability to understand quality results, deadlines, and client care.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing HRIS systems & developing processes
  • Executing HR projects for clients
  • Install clients in Benefits Administration & HR systems
  • Creating systems and processes for clients
  • Prioritize emails and various projects
  • Updating reports where needed
  • Answering phones and inputting business lines in databases
  • Expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential information while exercising professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinate work with other staff as needed; play a vital role in the coordination of projects
  • Other additional and alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed

  • High School Degree (required), College Education (preferred)
  • SHRM Certification
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Organized, multi-tasker with high standards for excellence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team and goal-oriented
  • Strong work ethic and resourcefulness
  • Advanced understanding of software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Three to five years’ prior experience in supporting HR management.
