Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am-6 pm

Opportunity Overview: Seeking a Chief of Staff to provide high-quality and professional organizational, administrative, and personal support to Monique Zinn. To allow her to focus on her work and maximize her time fully. They will be comfortable with change and complete all office tasks with great attention to detail and accuracy. Who Are You: An ideal candidate wants to work in a fast-paced environment and can take the initiative when necessary. Three to five years of working with executives or leadership is required, a high level of working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication skills, and an ability to understand the context of Monique’s work life. A college degree is not required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting CEO
  • Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and inputting all business lines in databases
  • Updating reports where needed
  • Reaching out to the client for missing information via phone and email
  • Working with CEO and Leadership Team
  • Prioritize emails and various projects
  • Expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, legal, personnel, and institutional information while exercising professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinate work with other staff as needed; play a vital role in the coordination of projects
  • Determine priority of matters of attention for the CEO; redirect issues to staff to handle, or handle cases personally, as appropriate
  • Keep the CEO advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up
  • Other additional and alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed

  • Three to five year’s prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team
