We’re Zinn Insurance, one of the fastest growing insurance companies in the Texas area, specializing in providing insurance plans for local and nationwide businesses. We’re seeking a top-notch Billing and Enrollment Administrator to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients to ensure that documentation is accurate. We’re not seeking any particular background – we’ll train you! We do want a candidate that is familiar with working with the type of work and details that come with an office role, such as office administration, billing, or HR issues. An ideal candidate wants to work in a fast-paced environment and is willing to take the initiative when necessary. Three to five years of experience working at a high level with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with payroll systems such as Sage or QuickBooks is a plus. Excellent communication skills with an ability to deliver quality results, meet deadlines and provide superior client care.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Generating payroll deduction reports for clients
  • Auditing & Reconciling invoices against enrollment records
  • Assist clients with submitting payments and ACH/EFT payments
  • Help document billing & payroll procedures as we constantly evolve and grow
  • Install clients in Benefits Administration & HR systems
  • Answering phones
  • Updating reports where needed
  • Prioritize emails and various projects
  • Expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential financial information
  • Other additional and alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed

Reports To: Billing & Payroll Manager

 Qualifications:

  • Coachable
  • High School Degree (required), College Education (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Organized, multi-tasker with high standards for excellence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team and goal-oriented
  • Strong work ethic and resourcefulness
  • Advanced understanding of software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
