Annual Open Enrollment (AEP) for Medicare, Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage (MA & MAPD Plans), as well as Prescriptions Drug Plans (PDP Plans) begins October 15, 2020 through December 7, 2020 and will take effect January 1, 2021. There will be changes to all plans for 2021.
We are accepting appointments October 1st through December 7th to review current plans and make any necessary changes. To make sure we best serve you, please download our prescription form to provide us with an updated list of your current prescriptions, dosage, and frequency of use.
Please note that it is essential for all medications to be properly spelled and all dosages accurately included. If the medication is a generic brand, please list the generic name only. No over the counter medications or vitamins, please.
